Jeffrey L. Kaplan, 60, of Williamsport, died Sunday March 17, 2019 at UPMC Susquehanna in Williamsport. Born January 7, 1959 in Camden, NJ to Harold A. and Mary (Sherman) Kaplan, Jeffrey graduated from Williamsport High School. He worked as a lifeguard, was an avid fisherman, enjoyed video games and was very good at trivia.

Jeffrey is survived by his cousin Esta Russo (John) of Bronx, NY. He was preceded in death by his parents.
