WILLIAMSPORT - Lawrence G. Pollack, 76, passed away Friday, December 14, 2018 at UPMC Susquehanna.
He was married to the former Debra K. (Crouse) for 33 years and who survives.
Lawrence was born on December 11, 1942 in Brooklyn, NY and was the son of the late Carl P. and Bertha (Levy) Pollack. He graduated from South Side Senior High School, Rockville Centre, NY in 1960, then graduated from Bucknell University with a BA in Business Administration in 1964. He then served his county with the US Army. He manufactured women’s apparel all of his working life. Lawrence was a member of the Ohev Sholom Congregation.
In addition to his wife, Debra, he is survived by one son; Jason Pollack (Renee) of Philadelphia, two daughters; Samantha Hogan (Ken) of Vernon, NJ and Rina Friedman (Matisyahu) of Woodmere, NY, seven grandchildren and one brother; Jerome Pollack (Carol) of Williamsport.
The graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Sunday, December 16, 2018 at the Ohev Sholom Cemetery, Ohev Sholem Road, Montoursville, PA 17754 with Rabbi Matisyahu Friedman officiating. In keeping with Jewish tradition, there will be no viewing or flowers.
Arrangements are being handled by the Maneval Allen Redmond Cremation & Funeral Home, 500 West 4th St., Williamsport.
