Reber A. Young, Jr.

WILLIAMSPORT - Reber, A. Young, Jr., 76, passed away Sunday, May 5, 2019 at UPMC Susquehanna.

Reber was born in Bloomsburg on February 9, 1943 and was the son of the late Reber A. and Dorothy (McBride) Young, Sr.  He had worked at Milo Barbequing for 17 years then went to work for Canteen Vending for 18 years, retiring in 2003.  He was Lutheran by faith and enjoyed cooking, playing Bingo, flower gardening and decorating his home. 

He is survived by one; half brother and one; half sister.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister; Shirley M. Swank in 1990.

There will be a public viewing 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Noon) Friday, May 10, 2019 at the Maneval Allen Redmond Funeral Home, 500 West 4th St., where the funeral will begin at 12:00 (Noon).  Burial will follow in Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
