WILLIAMSPORT - Charlotte M. (Fehlinger) Hughes, 93, died on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at her residence.

She was married to the late Wilbur E. Hughes on October 12, 1950 and had celebrated 46 years of marriage at the time of his death in 1996.

Charlotte was born on January 3, 1923 in Wilkes-Barre and was the daughter of the late John L. and Lottie (Williams) Fehlinger.  She was a member of the St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Williamsport and enjoyed reading.

She is survived by two sons; Edward (Ann Timko) Hughes of Mass. And David (Rita) Hughes of Del., six grandchildren; Kimberley, Kristen, Sarah, Michael, Martha, Elizabeth and two great-grandchildren; Cooper and Parker.

The funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 12, 2016 at the St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 142 Market St., Williamsport with the Reverend Kenneth Elkin officiating.  Burial will follow in Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery.

Arrangements are being handled by the James C. Maneval Funeral Home, Ltd., 500 West 4th St., Williamsport.
