WILLIAMSPORT - Clarence Leon "Butch" Parr, 69, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025, at The Gatehouse in Williamsport. He was born in Chambersburg on August 3, 1956, a son of late Patricia Parr and Leon Stoner.

Clarence is survived by a son, Devon Leon Parr of Tucson, Arizona; a daughter, Alana Leonie Parr (Frank Briseno) of Coving, California; two grandchildren, Isabelle Nova and Marley Ella Briseno; three brothers, Tony Parr (Irene) of Wicasset, Maine; Reginald Parr of Williamsport; and Ronald Parr of Port Orange, Florida; a sister, Lisa Harris (Michael) of Jacksonville, Florida; and special nieces and nephews for whom he cared.

In addition to his parents, Clarence is preceded in death by a sister, Debra K. Parr.

Family and friends are invited to a time of remembrance and visitation with family from noon to 1:00 pm on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at Maneval Allen Redmond Cremation and Funeral Home, 500 W. Fourth St., Williamsport.  Thereafter, a memorial service to celebrate the life of Clarence will be held at 1:00 pm with Zavon Braggs officiating.  Burial will take place at 3:00 pm on September 21st, 2025, at the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, 888 Lincoln Way W. Chambersburg.
