WILLIAMSPORT - David C. Smith, 80, passed away Friday, December 20, 2024 at UPMC Williamsport.

He was married on November 6, 1982 to the former Robbin S. (Schreiner), who survives, and they have shared 42 years as husband and wife.

David was born on May 2, 1944 in Mansfield and was the son of the late Lee and Evalyn (Charlton) Smith.  He graduated from Mansfield High School and then Williamsport Technical Institute with a degree in Drafting.  He had worked at Stone Container, Hammermill and J W Aluminum.

In addition to his wife Robbin, he is survived by four children; Amy Cosentino (Wayne), Jennifer Bomboy (Richard), Jerry Smith (Mary) and Matthew Smith (Katelyn) and seven grandchildren.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are being handled by Maneval Allen Redmond Funeral Home, Williamsport.
