SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT - Deloris J. (Fox) Neufer, 93, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at her daughter's home, surrounded by her family.

She was married to the late Lewis L. "Lew" Neufer for 68 years at the time of his death on June 22, 2019.

She was born on June 30, 1931 in Williamsport and was the daughter of the late Ralph W. and Creacy (Cohick) Fox.  Deloris graduated from Williamsport High School in 1950. She enjoyed cooking and was an avid General Hospital fan.  Most important to her was her family.

Deloris is survived by two sons; Kurt Neufer (Joy) and Rick Neufer (Terry), all of S. Williamsport, two daughters; Gail Welch (Bill) of York and Terri Brewer (Bob) of S. Williamsport and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by four brothers; Bruce, Millard, Vernon and Leroy Spong.

There will be a public viewing 10:30 – 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at the Maneval Allen Redmond Funeral Home, 500 W. 4th St., Williamsport where the funeral will begin at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will follow in Jersey Shore Cemetery.  Her son, Kurt, will officiate the services.
