WILLIAMSPORT - Domenico Joseph Pontarelli, 84, passed away Thursday December 10, 2020 at the Gatehouse Hospice at Divine Providence Hospital in Williamsport.

He was born December 4, 1936 in Providence, RI the son of Domenico and Ida Santilli Pontarelli.  He was a U.S. Army Veteran.  He retired in 2003 as a salesman for Buick auto dealers.  He was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church in Coventry, RI and a member of the S. Williamsport American Legion.  He was an avid Red Sox and New England Patriot Fan.  He relaxed with his computer games and watching T.V.

His survivors include his wife the former Dora Umstead and 2 sons Domenico Pontarelli, Jr. of East Providence, RI and Michael Pontarelli of Greenville, RI;  6 grand daughters and a sister Ann Marie Bradley of Exeter, RI. Along with his mother-in-law Luella J. Umstead of Williamsport.  2 Step Sons, 7 sister-in-laws and numerous loving nieces and nephews.

Domenic's services will be private at his family's convenience with interment later in St. Ann's Cemetery in Coventry, RI.
