Elaine B. Neufer, 70, parted this life and gained her wings on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones.

Elaine was born in Williamsport on September 9, 1952, a daughter to the late Irvin & Evelyn Williams.  On June 15, 1973 she married the love of her life Kurt L. Neufer and together they shared 49 years of marriage.

Elaine's greatest joy in life was her family.  Besides her husband Kurt, Elaine leaves behind three children: Melissa Paulhamus, Lonnie Frantz (David) and Andrew Neufer (Megan); nine grandchildren: Alexa, Abby, and Aaron Paulhamus, Ava Mersinger, Aubrey, Brodey, and Autumn Frantz; Rowan and Ella Neufer.

Elaine was very crafty and was a great cook.  She enjoyed crime novels and TV shows.  She had a great sense of humor and she loved animals and plants.  She was an amazing mother and wife, and she will be greatly missed by all her friends and family.

Elaine was preceded in death by her mother Evelyn Williams, her father Irvin Williams, brothers Irvin Williams and David Williams.

In keeping with Elaine's wishes her services will be private.

In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Maneval Allen & Redmond Funeral Home.
