MUNCY - Joan E. (Weaver) Fremberg, 87, passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at the Albright House, Williamsport.

She was married to the late Victor Melvin Fremberg who had passed away on February 20, 2013.

Joan was born in Elmira, NY on December 22, 1932 and was the daughter of the late Clinton T. and Esther (Miller) Weaver.  She had worked for over 25 years at Tetley Tea and retired.  She was a member of the Bethany Lutheran Church, Montoursville.

Joan is survived by one son; Robert M. Fremberg (Susan) of Montgomery, three daughters; Kimberley Ann Fremberg of Muncy, Diane J. Peluso (Terry Mowery) of Muncy and Debra J. "Debbie" Shriber of Muncy, nine grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and two sisters; June Wetzel (Richard) and Joy Hudson, all of Williamsport.  In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son; Daniel Fremberg, one grandson; David Peluso and one brother; Robert Weaver.

There will be a public viewing 10 – 11 a.m. Monday, October 5, 2020 at the Maneval Allen Redmond Funeral Home, 500 W. 4th St., Williamsport followed by the funeral at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will follow in Montoursville Cemetery.
