Joyce Rinehart, 64, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2019 with company of her family.

She was born March 26, 1955 and was the daughter of the late Max A. and Thelma (O'Brien) Lukens. Joyce graduated from Williamsport High School in 1973 where shortly after, she met Earl and fell in love.  Joyce enjoyed various activities, including Bingo, karaoke and going to the river lot.  She loved the holidays and spending time with her family.  She was a dedicated homemaker.  Her grandchildren were the light of her life.

Joyce is survived by her husband; Earl, daughter; Dawn, grandchildren; Lance and Layna, nieces; Karen (Steve) Trbuza, Kimberly (Todd) Lyons and Kelly Davidson, sister-in-law; Doreen Rinehart, brother-in-law; Elwood Davidson, special friend for over 35 years; Mary Forsburg.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister; Maxine Davidson, sister-in-law; Patricia Helminiak and brother-in-law; Gary Rinehart.

There will be a public viewing 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday, December 16, 2019 at the Maneval Allen Redmond Funeral Home, 500 West 4th St., Williamsport where the funeral will begin at 12:00 (noon).  Reverend Timothy K. Hartzel will officiate the service.  Burial will follow in Montoursville Cemetery.
