Kathleen M. "Donna" (Andrews) Elliott

WILLIAMSPORT - Kathleen M. “Donna” (Andrews) Elliott, 80, passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at Hillside Senior Living, Montoursville.

She was married to the late Theodore Elliott who had passed away in 2000.

She was born on December 31, 1945 in Williamsport and was the daughter of the late Jacob K. and Rebecca A. (Brown) Andrews. She had graduated from Williamsport Area High School and had worked at Northrop Gruman, where she retired from. Donna enjoyed bowling, watching tennis, playing video bingo and poker, and listening and dancing to music. She was perfectly content listening to Teddy Pendergrass, Marvin Gaye, Gladys Knight, and the New Birth all day and night.

She is survived by one son; Ira L. Baker, Jr. (Hiroko Akaike) of Arlington, VA, one granddaughter; Ainsley Akaike-Baker of Arlington, VA, one brother; Jacob E. Andrews (Nhu) of McElhatten, one sister; Caroline (Andrews) Fisher of Williamsport, brother-in-law; Richard Lovell, Sr., of Easton and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sisters; Gail Day, Clarice Lovell, Sara Porter, Charlotte Hackett, Kennetta Andrews and Karen Andrews.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no services.

Arrangements are being handled by Maneval Allen Redmond Funeral Home, 500 W. 4th St., Williamsport.
