WILLIAMSPORT - Kay F. (Probst) Lohman, 72, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2026 at the Gatehouse, Williamsport.

She was married in 1979 to Clark W. Lohman, who survives.

Kay was born December 11, 1953 in Williamsport to parents Stewart “Bucky” and Roberta “Bobby” (Lynn) Probst. She graduated from South Williamsport High School and worked most of her career in the District Service Center for the Williamsport Area School District.

Kay was a member of the VFW Auxiliary Duboistown Post 7863 and, in her younger years, enjoyed bowling in the Faxon Bowling League and painting ceramics. Throughout her life, she devoted herself to caring for family members and friends during their times of need. She also found joy in tending her small garden and looked forward to welcoming trick-or-treaters each October from her front porch. Known as the house with the “good candy,” Kay knew how to make every occasion and every day better with a special treat.

In addition to her husband, Clark, she is survived by one daughter, Kelly M. Regan (Brian) of S. Williamsport; two grandchildren, Olivia and Bobby Regan; siblings Stewart “Buck” Probst (Donna) of Beavertown, Dureen Probst of Williamsport ,and Judy Delong (Larry) of Montoursville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings Scott Probst and Lynn Sickler.

In keeping with Kay’s wishes, there will be no services.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heidi’s Furry Friends, 1413 Elwood Rd., Williamsport, PA 17701.

Arrangements are being handled by Maneval Allen Redmond Funeral Home, Williamsport.
