Kenneth H. Balliet, 76, of Williamsport, passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at his residence in Williamsport. He was born in Williamsport on February 17, 1948 to the late Kenneth and Verna (Hahn) Balliet.

Kenneth was an ordained pastor and a counselor at the Williamsport Christian Center. He was a Grand Master of Martial Arts, practicing, competing, and instructing for 72 years at Balliet International Karate. He was inducted into the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2004. An avid outdoorsman, he also enjoyed hunting, playing pool, piloting single engine planes and spending time in the company of his service dog, Kumiko.

Kenneth is survived by a daughter, Kristy Balliet. In addition to his parents, Kenneth is preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Balliet, III.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were entrusted to Maneval Allen Redmond Cremation and Funeral Home, Williamsport.
