WILLIAMSPORT - Maria A. (Redding) Adams, 50, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at her home.  Born April 20, 1965, she was the daughter of the late Harold Corbett and Jeanette (Howell).  Maria was married to Donald L. Adams, and together they shared 15 years of marriage.

Maria was a caregiver with a kind and caring personality; working in nursing homes in the dietary department and also home health care.  She worked for various organizations such as Child Guidance; Independent Living and Rose View.  She was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church where she was active in the Woman's Choir and participated in the Woman's Committee.

In addition to her husband Donald, she is survived by two sons, Dominic A. and Donte A. Adams, both of Philadelphia, one sister, Angela King of Philadelphia and a Goddaughter, Jasmine T. Gadson of Williamsport.

The funeral service for Maria will be held 11:00 AM , Saturday, December 19, 2015 at the Ebenezer Baptist Church 527 Park Avenue, Williamsport with a public viewing from 9-11 at the church.  Bishop Charles V. Daniels will officiate the service.  Burial will be at the convenience of the family.  Repast to follow the service at Fire Tree, Williamsport.
