Richard I. Simcox, 78, of Williamsport, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at UPMC Williamsport. He was born in Williamsport on June 25, 1945 to the late Roy Simcox and Lilian Zerby.

Richard enjoyed spending his summer days at his river lot. He made friends everywhere he went and loved a great conversation.

Richard is survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, sisters, and a nephew.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were entrusted to Maneval Allen Redmond Cremation and Funeral Home, Williamsport.
