Robert M. Fremberg, a devoted family man and veteran, passed away on June 14, 2026, at the age of 73. Robert was born on August 18, 1952 to the late Victor and Joan (Weaver) Fremberg, in Williamsport.

Robert honorably served his country in the U.S. Air Force, where he achieved the rank of Sergeant. After his military service, he dedicated many years to a fulfilling career at Grumman’s, where he was known for his commitment and integrity, before retiring due to health concerns.

Known for his zest for life, Robert found joy in outdoor activities such as horseback riding and cycling. He cherished attending his grandchildren's sporting events, where he was their biggest supporter. Holidays and special occasions were always spent surrounded by family, moments he held dear.

He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, his brother Danny Fremberg, and his sister Debbie Peluso. Robert leaves behind his devoted wife, Susan K. (Holmes) Fremberg; his loving children, son Christopher Fremberg, and daughter Stacy Neill and her husband William. He was the proud grandfather of Matthew, Emily, Ethan (and his wife Skylynn), Zachary, and Thomas, and the great-grandfather to precious Brynley. Robert is also survived by his two sisters, Diane Peluso and Kim Fremberg.

In keeping with Robert's wishes, services will be private and at the convenience of the family. He will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Memorial Park with full military honors by the Korean War Veterans Honor Guard.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Maneval Allen Redmond Funeral Home, located at 500 W 4th St, Williamsport, PA. The family invites those who wish to leave condolences or messages to visit www.jamesmaneval.com.
