WILLIAMSPORT - Robert Lewis Harvey, 74, passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at UPMC Williamsport.

He was born on July 29, 1950 in Brownsville and was the son of the late Joseph and Betty Ruth (Biggs) Harvey. Robert graduated from Williamsport Area High School and then enlisted in the US Air Force. He had worked for the Railroad, Williamsport Wire Rope and Brodarts. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching television, fishing and softball.

Robert is survived by three sons; Darcel C. Harvey of West Palm Beach, FL, Jadan R. Harvey of Altoona and Jeret S. Harvey of Kennedy, TX, two daughters; Tamara D. Collare of Williamsport and Janna L. Blair (Jarell) of Elimsport, one step-son; Jesse D. Vaughn of TX, 22 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers; Joseph E. Harvey, Sr., George R. "Nate" Harvey, William J. Harvey, Elliott D. Harvey and Paul E. Harvey.

In keeping with his wishes, services will be private at the convenience of the family.
