Robert Glenn Plank, 88, formerly of Cogan Station passed away, December 26, 2020 at Manor Care South in Williamsport.  He was born February 28, 1932 in Coudersport; a son of the late Russell and Agnes (Harvey) Plank.

Robert was married to Stella M. (Hornberger) for 38 years, she passed away January 23, 2008.  He graduated from Canton High School and worked as an equipment operator for PENN DOT.  He retired in 1974 after 23 years of service.  Robert planned and produced Country Music Jamborees for over 30 years.

He is survived by a son, Thomas, two step sons, Curtis and Alfred Muffley, three step daughters, Frances Ulsamer, Susan Graff and Wanda Derr; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  He is also survived by a sister, Phyllis Heller. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Stella, his son, John and his daughter, Debra.

Robert's services will be private.  Arrangements are being handled by Maneval Allen Redmond Funeral Home, 500 West Fourth Street, Williamsport.
