WILLIAMSPORT - Ronald Parrish Lockley, 58, died on Friday, August 19, 2016 at his residence.

He was married to the former Karen I. (Eschbach) who survives.

Ronald was born on September 9, 1957 in Hagerstown, MD and was the son of Joann (Wilson) Lockley of Hagerstown and the late Lacey Lockley.  He had graduated from Hagerstown High School and attended Penn College.  Ronald was a veteran of the US Army.  He had worked construction for HRI and Hi Steel.  In his spare time, he enjoyed sitting on his porch, reading the bible and walking his dog.

In addition to his mother and his wife, he is survived by two sons; Ronnie Lockley and Connor Lee, three daughters; Jemia, Timeka and Catherine Lockley, two grandchildren; Ava and Zoey and two brothers; Carl Lockley and Lacey Lockley, Jr.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are being handled by Maneval Allen Redmond Cremation & Funeral Home, 500 W. 4th St., Williamsport.
