Rowena E. Roeder, 66, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at her home in Williamsport. She was born on December 3, 1957, in Williamsport.

Rowena dedicated many years of her life working at Carole Hochman, where she worked diligently and with pride. Her interests included spending time with her beloved family, especially her 15 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed playing games, scratch off tickets and watching scary movies and the Investigation Discovery Channel in her leisure time.

She is preceded in death by her father, Richard Hill, mother Miriam Hosband, brother Richard Hill, and husband Joseph Roeder. Rowena is survived by her son Gordan Emick Jr. (JoAnn), daughter Amy Hartley (Stephen), step-daughters Tegan Spirko (Steve); Mackenzie Cohick, and Tiffany Roeder, sister Kathleen Hill, along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Liberty Church, 102 E. Third Street, Williamsport on Friday, April 12, 2024, at 11am to honor and remember Rowena's life.
