WILLIAMSPORT - Valarie Clay, 61, peacefully died at home and was escorted by angels to be with the Lord on April 22, 2018.

Born January 28, 1957 to John and Carol Fairfax.  She is survived by her loving family; husband Brian Clay, son Andrae, daughters Tamara and Whitnee, sisters Annette Angus, Marilyn Carter, nieces Diann Fairfax, Cynthia Chandler, nephews Craig and Kevin Carter and grandchildren Mya, Kenyon, Dezmyr and Luca.  She was a member of Maple Street AME Zion Church, worked at AT & T for 22 years, 1974 graduate of WAHS, and enjoyed being involved in her grandchildren's activities and playing cellphone games.

Private graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
