Constance Louise Karnes, 82, of Williamsport, passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2025, after a lengthy stay at Edenbrook South Nursing Home, Williamsport. She was born on January 24, 1943, in Williamsport to the late Charles and Gertrude (Hill) Blatchley.

Constance was a 1961 graduate of Williamsport High School and a lifelong member of St. Luke Lutheran Church, Williamsport. She loved to laugh, joke, and make everyone smile.

She leaves behind her son, Brandon Karnes of Williamsport; a grandson, Aedan Sakata-Karnes; a twin brother, Ronald Blatchley (Frances) of New Berlin; a sister, Janice Breslin (John) of Gettysburg; and five nieces, Marianne Brock, Carolyn Blatchley, Jeannie Filip, Kathy Stoltz, and Shirley Breslin.
