Debra J. Arvin, 65, of Lock Haven, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at her home.
She was born on March 7, 1955 in Altoona, the daughter of the late William F. Daniels and Ellanora G. (Ferguson) Daniels. She was a graduate of Williamsport High School and later went on to obtain an Associate’s Degree in Human Services from Penn College.
Debra enjoyed taking care of others, but above all loved spending time with family and friends. One friend in particular, Penny Frew, shared the best of friendships with Debra which meant days enjoying each other’s company or countless phone conversations.
Debra is survived by her companion of 18 years, Michael Quinn of Lock Haven; a son Seth M. Daniels of Lock Haven; a "daughter" Caitlin Donovan of Lock Haven; two grandchildren Oniaja and Tayshiana Daniels; two great-grandchildren Suhaylah and Safir Hall; a brother William Daniels (Debra) of Montoursville; two sisters, Barbara Gansel (Bob) of Williamsport and Lori Matthews (Bob) of Harford Mills, N.Y.; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Tom Daniels and a sister Donna Daniels.
There will be a public viewing 11 a.m. to noon Sunday March 7 at Maneval Allen Redmond Funeral Home, 500 W. Fourth St., Williamsport, where the Celebration of Life Service will begin at noon.
