Joseph Roeder

Joseph Roeder, 72, of Williamsport, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2020, at his residence. He was born in Washington, D.C., on Nov. 16, 1947, to the late Joseph M. and Anna K. (Shirley) Roeder.
Joseph worked as a roofer. He liked to watch baseball and football; his favorite teams were the Philadelphia Phillies and the Eagles. Joseph was a huge movie buff and loved to read, especially Stephen King. His greatest treasure was his family. His favorite pastime was taking his grandkids fishing.
Joseph is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Rowena (Hill) Roeder; a son, Gordie (JoAnn) Emick, South Williamsport; five daughters, Barbara Miller, Tiffany Roeder, Hughesville; Mackenzie Cohick, Williamsport; Tegan (Steve) Spirko, Williamsport, and Amy (Steve) Hartley, Mohnton; 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
