Linda Dade-Jones Obituary

Linda Louise Dade -Jones was born on February 26, 1962, in Philadelphia to Ethel Dade and Archie Dade (preceded in death). She was a beloved wife to Kevin Jones and a devoted mother to Antoine, Antoinette and Knakiya /Ronnie. Linda adored her many grandchildren: Rasheen, Alize, Jerrius, Tiana, Isiah, Timmy, Kayden, Zaiden, and her bonus grandchildren: Naki, Kahsir, Harry, Latasha, Dahmir, Zion, Taz. She was a loving sister to Cheryl and her brother Kevin and was preceded in death by her sister, Yvette Dade. Linda was also cherished by her niece Natasha and her nephews, Damond, Danny, Blair, Raheem, Hakim, Zamir and a host of extended family and friends.
Linda led a life rooted in love and service. She worked diligently throughout her career at McDonald's, White Deer, Giants, Kaufmans, Khol's, Sunoco, and Walmart, where she made lasting friendships and touched the lives of many. Linda's compassionate spirit extended beyond her professional life, she was an active member at Love Unlimited Church and volunteered at the food bank. Linda contributed to Grace homeless shelter and others, always eager to lend a helping hand to those in need.
Family was paramount to Linda. She cherished spending time with her loved ones, organizing family gatherings, playing pinochle cards, and traveling. For 15 years, Linda was assistant host at Never Again Never Alone weekly home group, providing support and guidance to those seeking help recovery and a new way to live.
Linda's legacy is one of resilience, passion, and unwavering love. She was known for her determination and stubbornness, which led to countless unforgettable experiences and celebrations, including family reunions and her milestone 60th birthday party.
Linda's passing leaves a void in the lives of all who knew her, but her memory will forever be cherished and celebrated.
Linda Dade Jones will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. May she rest in eternal peace.
