Sharon Elizabeth (Conrad) Parks

Sharon Elizabeth Conrad Parks, 65 passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at UPMC Williamsport.  Sharon was a lifelong resident of Williamsport Pa.  She is the daughter of the late Charles Ross and Jane Conrad Ross. She is married to Franz “Tony” Parks and from this union they had a son Antonio Eugene Parks.

She is the grandmother of Dontay Allen Parks; and the great grandmother of Ziiah Grace Monae Parks, Angelina Lee and Ava Jade Parks. Sharon was a very caring and positive person and an inspiration to all. She valued time with family and friends, but her passion was being a wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed her music and going to shows, loved her cockatoo, her cat and the Williamsport Crosscutters, semi-pro baseball team.

Sharon attended Ebenezer Baptist Church and the Door Fellowship Church for many years. She attended Williamsport Area High School and later obtained her General Equivalency Diploma.

The family wishes to acknowledge Mrs. Terry Brown Hicks and Doreen Johnson who has remained lifelong  friends and very supportive.

In addition to her husband and son, left to cherish her memory are brothers Francis Eugene Conrad, (fiancé Charlyne), George Henry Ross ( wife Loretta Ross), William Joseph Ross and sister Margaret Anne Ross and a host of close family and loving friends. She was preceded in death by her brother Charles Martin Ross, Mother Jane Elizabeth Conrad Ross and stepfather Charles Alexander Ross.

There will be a Homegoing Service on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at the Maneval Allen Redmond Funeral Home beginning at 11:00 AM with Pastor Quinton Blanton officiating. Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing from 10am until the time of the service.  Repast at Shiloh Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. (1:30pm) 433 Walnut Street Williamsport, PA.
