Theresa Mae (Beaghley) Sander

WILLIAMSPORT - Theresa M. Sander 74, went home to her Creator, September 26th 2020. She was surrounded by her loved ones.

Born September 13th 1946 in Williamsport she was the only child of the late Eugene I. and Hannah F. Mullinex Beaghley.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years Eugene F. Sander on March 1st 2018 and her son Eugene W. Wyland on June 15th 2018.

Theresa was a graduate of Newport Business Institute specializing in Medical Secretarial. She worked for several doctors in our area. She was also a CNA, a ward constable, and a motor route driver. She was a Jack of all trades.

Theresa enjoyed crocheting, playing bingo, and spending time with her friend and caregiver Emily Hurst. Emily has helped Theresa and her late husband for many years. Her children would love to express how thankful they are that their mom had someone who helped when they couldn't. Theresa was a member of Third Street UMC, she loved her Lord and Savior.

Mom will be loved and missed by her family and friends.

Theresa is survived by her late son's wife Teresa Wyland, grandchildren Elizabeth (Martin) and Kellie (Joe). Daughters: Hannah Sciacca (Alfred), grandchildren Alfred, Theresa, (Danny) Hattie, (Donnie) Nicholas, William, (Elvis) and Andrew of the city, Mary Sunday (William) of Cogan Station. Cathrine Sander (Lee) grandchildren Stephen and Alexis of Hallam PA.  Teri Jones, Michelle Deavor (William) granddaughter Alexis of the city, and Maren L. Ward of Oregon. She has eight great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank UPMC, UPMC Home Health and Hospice, and Family Practice.

Arrangements are being handled by Maneval Allen Redmond Funeral Home, 500 West 4th Street, Williamsport PA. A life celebration will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers the family request contributions be made in Theresa's memory to Central PA Food Bank 3301 Wahoo Drive, Williamsport PA 17701.
