RIP, Popeye
Sadly, I can't say that I remember him from my childhood. I mostly remembered him from the was at the 40/8, Voiture 382 where I was employed as the club manager. I also remembered him from the Post 1, Democratic club and the Eagles club. I remember how helpful he was at each of these clubs. Sometimes we had our differences, but I always respected him and his opinions. He was a fine man and will be MISSED my many!
