Lou Sibula is an excellent example of someone who helps make a devastating situation into one that is filled with care & truly makes you relaxed & calmer and able to deal with the death of a loved one. He is very knowledgable in asking the right questions & I forgot some details but though his process I remembered a lot of things.

The way everything just wraps around you when you walk in is very comforting. The cremation bedroom addition is amazingly comforting as we laid my step-father out for some to come in and say goodbye, who won't because they couldn't handle seeing the coffin. I couldn't have asked for better treatment of our deceased love one, care and consideration of my Mom and my family and thoughtfulness towards us at this sad time in our lives.

Jim was absolutely amazing for my mom‘s funeral Harriet Bernier. I can’t tell you how much he helped us through this whole grieving process with laughter tears happiness and sadness. He was truly amazing. What truly amazed all of my family how he took little tidbits of information and made it into a story at the funeral again I can’t say enough how amazing he is and if anyone ever needs to have a funeral which we all will at one time he is the man to go to.

Sierra was an absolute delight to work with. Although the details of mom's (Freda Stroud) service was pre-planned 1.5 years in advance, there were still final decisions to be made after her passing. Working with a tight window of time to have the services, Sierra went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes in a very quick time period. We were constantly changing our minds--you can imagine the pain she went through dealing with input from mom's seven children! And, she did it with a smile!

Although we knew mom's time was short with us, we were not ready to lose her and the loss hit us hard. No matter how prepared we thought we were, it was very difficult for us to think about the next step. Sierra did that for us. With her help, both the viewing and funeral went smoothly and we heard many compliments about how beautiful everything looked. Thank you, Sierra!

From the initial meeting with Lou to the final meetings with Sierra, we could not have asked for better service or better people to work with.

Zach handled our Mom's funeral in February 2017 and did an amazing job. He was a very caring, respectful young man. He was greatly appreciated and am sure he is greatly missed. May he rest in peace. Mom's Funeral was perfect. Lou handled Dad's in April 2018. He made his service very special. He and Sierra took care of everything. They are most caring and very dignified and professional. When my husband passed, Lou came immediately (3am). He was so professional and thought of our feelings first. When we met with him, he listened to my and my kids stories about Gerry and what he was like. I know because I had not chose anything to be put on the lid of the vault. It was perfect and my kids were so impressed. It all went so smoothly. I plan to prearrange for myself.
